Didn't we have a lovely time...

..at the My Favourite Things... Spring Fair.
We had a lovely bunch of stallholders and lots of super customers, and some really nice things written about our fair, such as
"Fantastic venue, beautiful products, friendly faces and an amazing feel good factor"
and
"Lovely stalls, lovely ladies, lovely crafts. What more could you want? Please do this every year!"
Here are some pictures taken before the customers arrived, I forgot to take any later on!
The Festive Fair is going to be here sooner than we think
We are already getting excited!!!

Spotlight on four more Super Stallholders

Today I'm sharing some more of our fabulous stallholders.

I wish Love Letters had been around when my almost 19 year old was a child, he has a christian name that was uncommon when he was a child (but heard much more often now) and buying things with his name on was impossible. These pictures are hand painted and I would have loved to have bought him something like this!

Also joining us will be Shabby Shed Creations, this stall has a varied lot of makes - sewn textiles, notebooks, pictures and much more

I am lucky enough to own several things made by Camilla's Crafts (incorporating Camilla's Crochet) and can vouch for the loveliness of them.
This stall will also have some vintage items for sale.

Finally for today we have Mrs Bramble's Emporium.
Mrs Bramble really cannot be fussed to unpack her makes to photograph them, so here is a photograph she took on  Wednesday when experimenting with her stall layout! She will be selling cards, textile items, magnets and more.

Spring is Bustin' Out All Over and Spotlight on...

Really, it's June is Bustin' Out All Over from Carousel but I've changed it to fit my purpose!
I love to see song titles and lyrics in blog posts, it immediately gets me singing the song. Good if I like the song - not so good if I don't!
Typing this has made me think of another song, 'Spring, Spring, Spring' from one of my all
time favourite musicals (I LOVE musicals!) Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.
Anyway, I digress...
It seems as if it's going to be fine weather at the weekend, so hopefully there'll be tea in the My Favourite Things...Fair garden after a good look around the fair that is.
Today I'm going to tell you about a couple more of our stall holders.
The first is Olipop who will be selling all sorts - bunting, craft kits and sewn items. I don't have any pics but if you click here it will take you to her facebook page where you can see all the lovely things she makes.
Then we have Treasured who sells vintage items and handmade items. Here are a few pictures of the sort of things she sells.

Back soon to tell you about more of our super sellers

Wouldn't it be Luvverly... And Spotlight on...

..if next weekend is as gorgeous as this past one, for our fair.
Jane and I had fun checking out The Emporium in Worthing on Saturday morning. I loved it - great atmosphere!
I thought I'd introduce you to a couple more of our super sellers today.
Firstly, we have Clipperty (love that name!) who will be selling mosaics, vintage items and handmade cards. You're sure to find something to buy on this stall with so much variety!
We're very pleased to have Pip's Place at our fair, Sally makes the most gorgeous items out of felt.

Back soon with more...

Spotlight on...

Karith

We are very pleased to have Karolina joining us on the 27th.
I'm really looking forward to seeing her things in 'real life'
She seems to be talented in many different crafts.
And, I have fallen in love with this gorgeous hand painted mug,
oh dear...

Spotlight on...

Beneath the boughs
Beautiful photography by Sonja Fox. Sonja has been living in Worthing for 30 years and many of her photographs are of local scenes. Her work is available in a variety of formats including framed prints, greetings cards, notecards, magnets and bookmarks.

Three Weeks Today...

...hopefully, not at 3.38am (the time I am writing this!) we will be enjoying the second My Favourite Things...fair at the Broadwater Parish Rooms.
A couple of weeks of illness mean that I have to get my crafty skates on and get making.
I'm certain the other stallholders are better prepared than me. We've got a great bunch and I'm really looking forward to seeing their work on the day. Last time I spent over half of my stall profits at the fair, this time I must be more disciplined but it will be hard, I know that for sure!
This post is becoming very rambly (is that a word - I think not?!!) so come back over the next few days when I will introduce you to the makers who will be joining us on the day.
