Stallholder info

STALLS
The charge for each 6ft long stall is £17.50. We have some 3ft long stalls available for £12.50. This charge is non-refundable.

Tables measure 6ft x 2.5ft and 3ft x 2.5ft approximately.
You may have the equivalent space if you would like to use your own display stand but please let us know in advance.

Stalls will be allocated by the organisers. We will restrict the number of stalls in each category to ensure a good mix.

Please ensure stalls are dressed to a high standard. Please use a cloth on tables. Items may not be attached to the walls or floor and anything on the floor must not obstruct any walkways.

Stall set up is from 9.00am and doors open at 10.00am. We expect you to stay until the end of the fair which is 2.00pm.

Unfortunately, we are unable to supply stalls to those promoting businesses or charities at this time. Stalls selling vintage items must sell only genuine vintage (or older) items and those selling handmade items should sell items made by the stallholder please. No bought-in (commercial) handmade items may be sold. Haberdashery, craft supplies and notions can be sold.

PUBLICITY
The event will be listed on-line, listings in local magazines and by posters and leaflets distributed locally. If you would like some leaflets to distribute yourself please ask.

UNLOADING
For the short time it takes to unload you may park outside the hall. There is plenty of free on-road parking in Broadwater and car parks only a couple of minutes away.

OTHER
The hire of the hall includes Public Liability Insurance however, you are advised to take out your own personal insurance as this will not cover individual items sold by you.

Tea and coffee will be available free of charge to the stallholders.

If you would like to book a stall or require further information please email
